Microsoft Ignite 2021 news from day one
Microsoft announced new Dynamics 365 capabilities. They include real-time survey capabilities and a powerful and seamless integration of Microsoft Teams. It includes embedded Teams collaboration experiences in Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service and Customer Service. Additionally, enhanced digital selling tools in Dynamics 365 Sales and the ability for individuals to set up, promote, and report on events hosted on Teams directly from Dynamics 365 Marketing. Microsoft announced four new ways of handling security issues and concerns with a Zero Trust approach. For example, passwordless authentication, which eliminates one of the weakest links in security today, is now generally available for cloud and hybrid environments. Read more
